BOISE, ID — Albertson’s LLC is collecting donations through its in-store Food for All fundraising program across all of its stores in support of The Salvation Army’s disaster relief efforts in the Midwest and Southeast, following the devastating series of spring storms and floods that have impacted the area. The Company is also making an immediate contribution of $10,000 to the organization to help with the most pressing needs in The Salvation Army’s Central and Southeast divisions.
The campaign begins May 27th and will run through June 30th. Albertsons Food For All program features boards stocked with $1, $3 and $5 donation coupons at each check stand of their stores in Arizona, Arkansas, Colorado, Florida, Louisiana, New Mexico and Texas. Customers donate simply by selecting a coupon in the desired denomination and handing it to the cashier to be scanned as they are paying for their order. The donation amount appears on the final bill and is tax-deductible.

Our in-store Food for All fundraising campaign gives us the opportunity to respond quickly to support the efforts of both our local non-profits and national relief organizations like The Salvation Army.”
