If the problem persists, please go to the settings tab, scroll down and select Safari, scroll down and click on ‘Clear History, Cache and Cookies,’ close the settings app, and then re-launch the app icon on your homescreen. Our app designers are currently working on a fix to streamline the experience for iPhone users.
