Knoxville Shares with Cleveland Neighbors—Relief Supplies from WBIR TV and WalMart Drive Arrive in Cleveland
Knoxville, TN — A truckload of relief supplies arrived today at The Salvation Army distribution center in Cleveland, TN. The supplies were collected last weekend at WalMart stores across Knox and Blount County and will be distributed to tornado victims in Bradley County through the ministry of The Salvation Army. “The Salvation Army is in a position to serve based on the generosity of others,” said Knoxville Area Commander, Major Don Vick. “We are so grateful for partners like WBIR TV and WalMart that are really invested in our community and committed to the work of The Salvation Army.”
The distribution center is located at 2960 Barney’s Lane in Cleveland. For more information, contact The Salvation Army at 423-308-3467.
