The Salvation Army Partners with Energy Transfer to Double Your Gift for 2025 Red Kettle Match
San Antonio, TX – Donations to The Salvation Army will have twice the impact in mid-December through the organization’s 2025 Red Kettle Match. The matching campaign begins at 8 a.m. on Thursday, Dec. 11 and goes through midnight on Friday, Dec. 19.
Energy Transfer, a midstream energy company with nearly 300 employees in San Antonio, has pledged to match both in-person and online donations during the 9-day period up to $50,000.

Donations can be made at any Red Kettle stand at the entrance of businesses, such as Walmart, Sam’s Club, Hobby Lobby or Bass Pro Shops. Donations can also be made online at SalvationArmySATX.org.
Proceeds raised by this event support life-changing programs year-round in Bexar County. The Salvation Army programs for at-risk youth, services for senior citizens, housing and rehabilitation services, counseling, disaster relief, emergency social services, food and nutrition, veterans' services, and Christmas assistance are made possible by donations received at in-person Red Kettles and online.
